The issue with our authentication provider (Auth0) has been resolved. Access to the Upwind platform has been fully restored, and users can now log in as expected. Thank you for your patience.

We’re currently experiencing an authentication issue that is preventing users from logging into the Upwind platform.

The root cause is an outage with our identity provider, Auth0. Our R&D team is actively investigating the issue in collaboration with the Auth0 team to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We’ll provide updates as soon as we have more information.
